I’m confused I thought that Gibson already did this with that guitar years ago that split the signal of each string so you could pan every string wherever you wanted? Anyway Ultramagnetics Stereo Guitar Pickups do something similar where either split 3 & 3 or 4 & 2 strings, I’m not exactly sure why this would be necessary but then I’ve never tried it myself. Seems like another product aiming to solve a problem that doesn’t exist if you ask me, I don’t want the bass strings or treble strings to be panned one side. Some people will love this product and it is a clever bit of technology but at $625 for a pair, a breakout box and the necessary cables I’m just not sure.
