Grammy Winner and Blues Foundation hall of famer, Johnny Winter is considered to be among the greatest guitar players of all time. His brother Edgar recorded “Free Ride” and “Frankenstein”, each sharing space in almost every classic rock station’s top 100 songs of all time. Leslie West’s group Mountain is responsible for “Mississippi Queen”. As a teenager, Rick Derringer recorded “Hang on Sloopy” with the McCoys and later came out with his huge hit “Rock n Roll Hoochie Coo”. And finally, one of the architects of British Blues Kim Simmonds of Savoy Brown.
