The “modern approach to acoustic guitar tradition” has long been our moniker for the Ibanez Artwood Series.
So what’s this “Vintage” all about? It’s a return to the roots. Artwood Vintage steps even further back in history, drawing on the inspiration of the very instruments that helped catapult the acoustic guitar into becoming the most beloved and iconic instrument of 20th century American music.

Ibanez have just announced the Artwood Vintage acoustic guitar series that includes three models:

AVD1 Dreadnought
Solid Sitka Spruce
Mahogany back and sides
Mahogany neck
Rosewood & Bridge
Wooden Mosaic backstrip inlay
Abalone soundhole rosette
Bone nut
Compensated Bone saddle
Ibanez Advantage™ Bridge pins
Slotted Headstock
12th fret joint
Dovetail Neck Joint

AVN1 Parlor which has the same specs as the dreadnought just with a smaller Parlor body shape and a brown sunbrst finish.

AVT1 which again has similar specs (tone woods and hardware) but in a 4 string 18 fret Parlor body design.
