www.evhgear.com has re-launched with a major facelift for 2012 and it is most welcome after their previous site which felt like something built 10 years ago. The new EVH Gear site is very slick with nice high resolution photos of all the Wolfgang guitars, 5150 Amplifiers & Cabinets and EVH Accessories. Just announced at this year’s Winter NAMM 2012 the EVH Wolfgang guitar range has been extended to feature some new finishes and the hard tail version has been extended with a Wolfgang Special (budget version) and Wolfgang USA versions rather than just the USA Custom. I’ve no idea what the finish is below but I think it’s pretty cool and includes the block inlays too from the USA Custom:
I have G.A.S. for an EVH Wolfgang USA in matte black with the Ebony fretboard, it was originally launched as the Stealth at last years’ NAMM but they seem to have dropped that label.
