Now Emerald Guitars are going to produce a limited run of these guitars for the public to buy, although you need to be pretty serious as it is not cheap.

Emerald Guitars is pleased to announce that a limited edition run of 100 Ultra guitars are available for pre-order. Each is an exact replica of the Ultra guitar owned by Grammy Award-winning musician and composer Steve Vai, and will precisely maintain the same standard and specs as Vai’s original Ultra guitar. Each of the limited edition Ultra guitars comes with a hand-crafted “Pod” guitar case like Vai’s, and a letter of authenticity. Price is $8450 USD, and orders can be secured with a $1000 USD deposit.
