So just to clarify, the name of the company that makes this pickguard is called AweSome Musical Instruments, hence the title. So you see all those mini toggle switches, they are hooked up to AweSome’s T4 Switch that enables you to control all 4 coils independently from an HSS setup (you must have a 4-wire humbucker installed) giving you 76 tonal options. I assume one of these switches allows you to split the coils of the humbucker and maybe the other is a phase switch? From reading the press release these upgrades are clearly aimed at session guitarists who need a plethora of tones from the minimum amount of instruments.
“Your upgraded instrument will sound like almost every electric guitar ever made, including a Stratocaster, Telecaster, Jaguar, Jazzmaster, Les Paul Custom or Studio, Silvertone, National, Mosrite, Airline, Danelectro, Harmony, Kay, Maestro, Supro, Valco or like virtually any electric guitar ever made with either single-coil or humbucker pickups. This upgrade gives you access to all the pickup tones ever created on just one guitar.”
This upgrade product comes in four colors (3-ply white, black, white pearloid, brown tortoise) and are made to fit a standard American right-hand Select Series HSS Stratocaster or similar body. These pickguards are completely wired and designed to accept your pickups and installed with no soldering needed.
